To create a more effective intelligence agent, XION manages to assimilate a SciFiDelia into the Order of the Octa-Mind. This new generation of cyborg-agent is used to infiltrate deep into the uncharted territories of Tera 5 to help gather intelligence and execute mission-critical objectives on behalf of the Order.
Cyclone is the first of her kind to serve as a key lieutenant in the Order of the Octa-Mind., making her the first clown assimilated into Octa-Mind.
Cyclone was chosen because of her strong, independent personality and natural leadership tendencies. Although she is another instrument of the Order, she remains fiercely independent and sassy, making Cyclone the ultimate wildcard.
